  Ordered items in stock to be picked up by my contractor. Said it would be ready next morning at 6AM since everything was in stock. Didnt have anything ready even after 3pm. Wasted money and time with this, make sure to get contact information of the manager in charge and hold them accountable for the every order.

  If I could leave it zero stars I would. We waited by the carpet flooring area for a good 15 minutes while one man sat at the desk and completely ignored us, and the other proceeded to do yoga moves while we waited and then walked away. Needless to say we left and went to Lowe’s and will not be returning. It is a shame because this Home Depot is closer to our home and the paint department was the complete opposite extremely helpful and polite and friendly. This store consistently has zero customer service. Don’t waste your time or money!
