  A few months back I went to Nissan Rt. 46 to buy a car and had the pleasure of working with Heavy Gomez. Because of the great service provided the first time we came back and ask for Heavy! He did not disappoint! We got the car we wanted at a great price! The whole experience was great from start to finish. Also a special thank you to Rich for helping us! Nissan Rt46 is the place to go for a great deal and good service.

  I was there at 9:30 for a changing oil for my car. Then, I went to go get coffee inside the waiting area. The manager came to me from the dealer, he came to me and hold my car. He was not going to do anything until, I pay him $500. He thinks I owe him, he was screaming in front of the people, "YOU OWE ME $500!". Then he said, wait for me I'll go inside and check again. Then he came back to me... and he is still saying I owe him $500. We went inside with this guy named Kevin. I said to the manager ," Why you gotta tell me this now? I bought my car in April. It was 7-8 months ago." And he said to me," Well, you got to be responsible." I said to him, "I pay him the thousand dollars, and got him proof from the bank and the photo checks (proof). Then he got so annoyed he didn't even said sorry to me. I came out to the service guy, "Don't do anything to my car, just give it back to me." I was so angry the way they treated me. I walked away... what kind of manager and what kind of service they have their, they don't know that they have to have organize paper work. I'm so angry. Never go to this dealership and route 46 totowa on New Jersey they're not good people
